Why families can trust Tutors Parliament, and the real processes behind that trust — verification, safety, payments, privacy, and how to reach us if something goes wrong.

1. Tutor Verification

Every tutor becomes a Verified Tutor before being matched with any family. Verification is one part of keeping families safe — the sections below explain how families stay involved in student, home tuition and online learning safety, and how to reach us if something goes wrong.

What verification does not guarantee

Verification is not a police or criminal background check, and it does not guarantee teaching quality or personal compatibility with every student. Families should still use a tutor's profile, subject match, and their own first sessions to judge fit.

Noticed something inaccurate?

If a tutor's profile information looks incorrect or outdated, let us know and the team will review it — use the options under Reporting a Concern below, or the Contact page.

2. Student Safety

Parents and guardians are involved in setting up tutoring and can raise a concern at any time — see Reporting a Concern below.

A tutor who isn't the right fit for a student can be replaced at no extra matching cost — a family is never required to continue with a specific tutor.

Account and profile information is handled under the Privacy Policy (see Data & Privacy below).

3. Home Tuition Safety

Home tutors are Verified Tutors before being matched with a family. Tutors Parliament does not physically supervise sessions conducted at a family's home — parents/guardians remain present or reachable as they would with any in-home tutoring arrangement, and any concern should be reported immediately (see Reporting a Concern below).

4. Online Learning Safety

Online sessions are live, 1-on-1 video sessions with a Verified Tutor. Sessions are not recorded by Tutors Parliament. As with any live class, parents/guardians can be present and should report any concern about a session immediately.

5. Payments & Refunds

All online payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Terms & Conditions — this page only summarizes; the policy itself is authoritative.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment provider, subject to its own security and compliance controls. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or net banking credentials on our servers.

Payment Options

UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets are supported. Receipts are sent to your registered email.
