IHO Syllabus Overview
- व्याकरण (grammar) topics appropriate to the class's Hindi syllabus
- शब्द ज्ञान (vocabulary and word usage)
- अपठित गद्यांश (unseen passage comprehension)
- Sentence construction and correction exercises
IHO Exam Pattern
- Objective-type (multiple-choice) questions across all sections
- No Level 2 — IHO is assessed in a single sitting
- Content maps closely to the school's own Hindi syllabus for that class
IHO Preparation Strategy

- Read age-appropriate Hindi passages to build comprehension speed for अपठित गद्यांश questions
- Build vocabulary through regular reading, not isolated word lists
- Practice timed objective-type sets to build exam-day pacing
